13phsky Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 13phsky website and any of its services — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or any application provided by the platform — you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should stop using 13phsky immediately and not create an account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding agreement between you and 13phsky. They apply to all users of the platform regardless of how you access it, where in the Philippines you are located, or which specific services you use.

2. Eligibility

To use 13phsky, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions.
